  10.      is a Windows(TM) 3.1 calculator for Roman numbers.  The 
  11.      requirements are Windows 3.1 itself and 40K of disk space.  
  12.      Both Roman numerals and arabic numerals may be entered from 
  13.      the keyboard or by clicking on keypad buttons with the mouse.
  14.      Addition, subtraction and multiplication are provided.  
  15.      Since negative numbers were not used in ancient times they 
  16.      are not available here.  
  17.      A lesson on Roman numerals is available in the registered
  18.      version.  It is available as a Windows help file.
  19.      Registration is $35 for institutions, $28 for home use.
